'History'

To get here I've come through the following.

Original homepage had a black background and animated gifs, they were obligatory at the time, those gifs made sure people actually couldn't navigate away from your page because they're PC couldn't keep up. I had made my web debut.

In 1998, I think, I created a mini-site. My plan to take over the world, I can't remember what i used but it can't have been far away from being Publisher.

When I started Uni (in 2001) the WYSIWYG editors went and I started actually coding, albeit still using bits like font tags. I did start using some PHP at this point, so many includes…

After being critised for this by shorter rounder collegues I went towards CSS

And almost inevitably I ended up here.
